"Dr. Mary Konneker provides friendly, caring, skillful and efficient service. She happened to be at the Grinnell location the day my husband was in urgent need of relief from very reduced hearing along with uncomfortable pressure in his ears. After a quick exam and the removal of ear wax, he had tremendous relief, and without the kind of new-patient hassle that seems to be the norm in many clinical settings. No long wait, no annoying hoops to jump through. Just had the problem identified and fixed. Boom!"
